Franchise Consideration

Sequence of events when considering a Curb-Ease® Franchise.

Sequence of Events

In following is a list of the “sequence of events” from submitting your Request for Consideration Application to the final sale of the Franchise. The following general guide should help you to understand the process more clearly.

  1. Secured Territory - Upon receipt and acceptance of your application a protected territory will be provided for your review.

  2. Upon review of the secured territories and if you would like to continue moving forward with a Curb-Ease® Franchise a Non-Disclosure document will be emailed to you to complete.

  3. Non-Disclosure Document – will be emailed to you via Curb-Ease® "EchoSign" an electronic signature application.

  4. Offer to Purchase – Upon receipt of the Non-Disclosure a copy of the Offer to Purchase will be emailed to you. The Offer to Purchase does not bind you to the purchase of the franchise. The Offer to Purchase secures your territory while you review the Franchise Agreement.

  5. Deposit – A $5,000.00 refundable deposit is required (with the exception of Ontario and USA) at the time of completing the Offer to Purchase.

  6. Franchise Agreement – Upon receipt of the Offer to Purchase Agreement and the $5,000.00 refundable deposit (if applicable) a sample copy of the Franchise Agreement will be couriered to you. Upon receipt of the agreement you have 14 days to review the documentation with a Franchise Lawyer. Additional time can be extended if required.

  7. Payments: Once you have reviewed the Franchise Agreement and have decided to continue with your purchase of our Curb-Ease® Franchise, the following payments are required:

Franchise Fee: $30,000 + applicable taxes - Less Deposit (if applicable)

50% of the Equipment Package (trailer or truck option) + applicable taxes

Balance of the Equipment Package due 5 days prior to training or upon notification of readiness to ship whichever is first.

NOTE: Truck & Equipment Package lease replaces equipment package payments. (Both truck & equipment are financed in lease)

  8. Launch your new business!
